Chemical Engineering Department holds a consultative meeting with representatives of universities and colleges affiliated with the department.

Within the framework of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University of Technology regarding joint examinations between universities and twin government colleges for two academic subjects within the specialization of the post-first stages. With the aim of activating coordination mechanisms between the departments of the twin colleges for the purpose of conducting the joint examination for all stages except the first stage.

The Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Technology held an extensive consultative meeting with representatives of the universities and private colleges affiliated with the department, headed by Professor Dr. Khaled Ajami Sukkar, Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Muhammad Fadel Abdel Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Heritage University, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Dhari Al-Bayati from the University of the Future, and Professor Assistant Dr. Khaled Abd Ali from Al-Farabi College. In addition to the presence of the Scientific Assistant to the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Professor Dr. Talib Muhammad Nayef (Chairman of the Joint Examinations Committee), the Head of the Chemical Engineering and Oil Refining Branch in the Department, Professor Dr. Zaidoun Mohsen Shakur, and Professor Dr. Amer Aziz Abdel Rahman, the supervisor of Examination committees.

The meeting included discussing joint coordination mechanisms between the two sides in order to mature and activate the scientific aspects and prepare for joint examinations that guarantee sobriety in accordance with the drawn up academic and scientific plans. In addition to developing and forming joint committees for the purpose of setting questions, monitoring, correcting and supervising the joint examination.

In this regard, the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Professor Dr. Khaled Ajami Sukkar, stressed the necessity of joint and effective work in order to achieve the success of the goals and requirements of the joint examinations in accordance with the study plan programs approved by the University of Technology and followed by the twin departments.
