This form includes ten paragraphs, and the graduate determines the priority in choosing the paragraphs according to what he deems important, such as the priority of choosing salary, the company, its position and level, health insurance, vacations and leave, the possibility of career development, contract duration, social security, the company location, or the desire to work.

Al- Bayati stressed, after practicing and explaining how the selection process was conducted by the students,  the priority in the selection criterion by the name of the company, its position and its level because of its effective impact on the level of the graduate and the extent of his development in the field of the job and his acquisition of the necessary experience that qualifies him to advance the work.

The symposium concluded by thanking all the participating students and those in charge of this symposium for their positive interaction, wishing everyone continued progress and success.
