Technology concludes the administrative axis in the human resources development program

      The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Technology completed the second axis "the administrative axis" within the University Capabilities Development Program in June, based on the assignment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to implement my project (Development and Qualification of Academic Leaders and the Development and Qualification of Human Resources Leaders), which is affiliated with the government program ( University capabilities and human resources development program).

     The Director of the Center for Continuing Education, Prof. Dr. Farhad Muhammad Othman, stated: That the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research instructed our center to hold these courses, prepare a training plan and supervise its implementation, adding that the courses that will be held matched the specialization of the target groups of university employees during the drawn plan, referring to the preparation test and its application in the evaluation of participants.

      The curriculum of the administrative axis included: strategic planning and feasibility studies of projects, delegation processes and distribution of powers, as well as the skills of a successful leader, and plans of the university's organizational structure, in addition to how to manage official meetings.
