The University of Technology signs MOU

The University of Technology signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Baghdad in the academic, research, training, professional, technical and development fields.

The agreement aims to develop and support the mechanisms of the comprehensive educational process for each of the two parties to activate the role of exchanging experiences in the areas of joint cooperation.

The memorandum was signed by Prof.Dr. Abdul-Karim al-Samarrai, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs of Baghdad University, and the University of Technology Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Abdul-Dahd.

The President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, said on the sidelines of the signing of the memorandum that cooperation between the University of Baghdad and the University of Technology comes within the directions of the University Council to open up to various universities and academic institutions at home and abroad.

Al-Ghabban added that the memorandum of understanding comes to support educational and research cooperation with state institutions, community service, exchange of experiences and the adoption of joint scientific programs.On the one hand, Prof. Dr. AmmarTaher, Dean of the College of Media, said that the college has developed a deliberate plan to open up to higher education institutions in particular and the government in general to provide support to them in the fields of media by launching various programs to train the cadres of units, people and media circles, which will contribute to raising the level of media. The university on the one hand and the government on the other hand, and the maturing of communication messages that these departments present to the recipient.
