The President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, received in his office a delegation from the General Company for Gas Filling and Services in the Ministry of Oil headed by the Director General, Eng. Ali Abdul Karim Al-Mousawi, in the presence of the Scientific Assistant to the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul-Dahd, and the Director of the Department of Science and Public Relations Assistant Lecturer Sari TahseenReeshan.

The two sides talked about the potentials of the two sides to open the horizon for scientific, engineering and technical cooperation in the field of modern gas uses, as well as work to strengthen and support the project to convert cars from gasoline fuel to gas fuel, because of its positive and effective economic results for the Iraqi citizen in general and government institutions in particular.

For his part, Al-Ghabban emphasized that the University of Technology is proactive in serving all state institutions, especially the Ministry of Oil with all its formations, and we have formed many scientific teams to work hand in hand in the fields of government institutions, and thus serve the Iraqi society.

In a related context, the General Director of the General Company for Gas Filling and Services, Engineer Ali Abdul Karim Al-Mousawi, mentioned that the aim of the visit is to launch a project to activate the addition of liquid gas systems for cars, as it is a national project approved by the Council of Ministers and has many environmental and technical privileges.
