The workshop focused on defining the types of bullying with an explanation of the material and moral causes that push towards such behavior at the individual and collective level.

The lectures were delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Moayad Abdel-Sada and Assist. Prof. Dr. Baraa Mohamed Hassan from the Psychological Research Center at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Lec. Dr. Sundus Damad Hassan, Director of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit in the Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Technology, and the lecturers completed the session by presenting a set of practical treatments that would reduce bullying.

The discussion was opened at the end of the lecture and questions and observations were answered.
