In this paper, MITOA Algorithm designed based on a traditional algorithm to cover a set of randomly moving targets in a specific area in simulation of real time to reduce energy in wireless optical sensor networks VSNs, and to find the largest number of separate coverage groups using the fewest number of directional sensors represented with moving cameras.
The discussion was attended by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, the President of UOT, the Head of the Department (PAssist. rof. Dr. Azad Rahim Karim), and (Assist Prof. Dr.
Muhammad Yusef Hassan), Deputy of Scientific Affairs and Higher Studies of Head of the Department.
