Materials Engineering Department at UOT holds a meeting of “General Authority” through Meet platform
Materials Engineering Department at UOT held a meeting of “General Authority on Thursday 6/6/2020 at 6:00 p.m. via the Meet platform, where ministerial and university orders for the initial study were clarified, in addition to clarifying the mechanism of undergraduate study exams, and the mechanism of implementing the complementary role – 2ed attempt for the academic year 2019-2018.
The specific times for the completion of the graduation projects for the fourth stage students and how to deal with the laboratory material were also discussed, and they agreed to conduct experimental exams for the students of undergraduate study to train them in the electronic exam mechanism.
The meeting included several interventions from several teachers to discuss the points mentioned above.

The Rehabilitation and Employment Division held an electronic workshop for
University of Technology students’ and graduates’, in the scientific departments
in coordination with the Alqamer Gate Company about (MikroTik Intro).
In this workshop, you will familiar about how to deal with the devices of MikroTik
Company, the pioneer in the field of networks in the hardware and software
make, in addition to how to prepare the most basic configuration settings for
their devices through GUI and CLI.
And how to set up DHCP and NAT, in addition to securing devices, using the
policies, and the importance of taking a backup copy of the data and restoring it,
all this and more using the software prepared from the origin company.
And it was on Thursday, 11/6/2020, from 9 pm to 10 pm, and on the Free
Conference Call.
