The President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, participated in the annual conference of the Hamm Student Gathering under the slogan (Our mettle is high) on Saturday, 11/21/2020. A large number of personalities participated in the conference, most notably the Vice President of the Parliamentary Education Committee Dr. Hassan Al-Masoudi and the representative of His Excellency the Minister Higher education and scientific research, Dr. Hamed Al-Mousawi, university presidents, ambassadors of 21 European, Asian and Arab countries, and the Secretary-General of Dr. Ali Al-Rafi'i gathering in the presence of more than 1000 students from various Iraqi governorates and universities.

During the conference, several activities were presented, the most prominent of which was to honor the top students of Iraqi universities, as this initiative came in support of young people in completing their scientific career to be future leaders.
