About the Branch:  
 

Laser engineering branch considers one of the two main branches in the laser and optoelectronics engineering. It was established in 2004. it consists from four years of education. The first two years are general education in branch same as in optoelectronic branch, the specialized would begin in the third year. Laser engineering branch was established to provide high quality education and to produce well trained graduates with laser physics, spectroscopy, laser designs and systems, laser application, communication, and optoelectronics. It also contains a modern developed scientific laboratories, such as laser principles, laser applications, laser design, and optical communication. Graduates from this branch will get the Bachelor degree of science in the laser engineering, and they can work in different related sectors.
