Biomedical Engineering organizes a workshop on (the rules of professional conduct and the law of service for employees) 

The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Technology organized a workshop entitled (Rules of Job Conduct and the Code of Service for Employees), in which lectures were given by Dr. Hussein Jamil Mutashar, Assistant Director of Heba Raad Abdel Ahad, and the Director of Administration in the department, Mr. Ammar Abbas.

The workshop addressed several topics, the most important of which is that the employee’s professional life is governed by a set of legal rules, some of which are in the employee’s interest if he adheres to them, and he may be harmed if he does not adhere to those laws due to his ignorance of them or his deliberate non-compliance with his knowledge of them.

The lecturer touched on the common penalties in professional life, which are (drawing attention, warning, cutting off salary, reprimanding, reducing salary, demotion, dismissal and dismissal), and what are the reasons for each of those penalties and what are the consequences resulting from those penalties.

He mainly touched on the issue of bonuses and promotions and explained it in detail by Mrs. Heba Raad, by participating in the discussion and responding to the inquiries and questions raised by the attendees.
