Civil Engineering Department hold a meeting

Civil Engineering Department at University of Technology held a meeting of General Authority for the academic year 2023-2024, in the presence of UOT President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban, and the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Hassan Hamoudi Jouni, Scientific and Administrative Deputies, heads of branches, faculty staff, and the department employees.

UOT president praised the faculty staff efforts and all the department employees to advance the educational process, listening to faculty staff (problems, and proposals) orienting to address them, illustrating  some legal and administrative aspects, encouraging team work to develop the university.

The department head thanked and praised the faculty staff for completing the first semester and urged them to continue the scientific process and raise the scientific level of the department’s students, as well as shed light on the preparation of scientific research and publication within the capacities of sober scientific publishing that would raise the scientific level of the department and the university.

The scientific deputy Prof. Dr. Mohammed Yousif Fattah addressed the importance of publishing scientific research in solid scientific journals.
