University of Technology host a workshop

Computer Eng. Dep. at UOT, in partnership with the Research and Development Division at the University, and in cooperation with NVIDIA, organized a workshop entitled "Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning Using Cloud Services" (AMAZON), on Monday & Tuesday 5-6/9/2022 at Innovative Students Club in UOT.

The workshop was organized under the supervision and coordination of Dr. Israa Ali Al-Nuaimi from Computer Eng. Dep. and Dr. Amjad Talal Al-Ezzi, Chief of Research and Development Division at UOT, management and organization of programmer Ali Zuhair Ahmed, programmer Karrar Rasoul Jabr, programmer Hassan Firas Khalaf, for Ph.D. & M.Sc. faculty staff of the Computer Eng. and Computer Science Dep. at UOT, with Online and face to face of (48) participants, in addition to the attendance of faculty staff for both departments.

The NVIDIA coordinator, Mr. Rasoul Abdali Al-Mamoun, delivered a lecture about (Natural Language Processing using the Transformer Algorithm).

The workshop aimed to develop the skills of researchers using data science, analysis and Ms.C.) Students of both departments' at the University by using cloud tools and strengthening the concept of cloud services and their practical use in computer laboratories

In conclusion, the participants had an exam, and then they provided certificates by NVIDIA.
