UOT and University of Thi Qar in Cooperation

For a productive cooperation between Petroleum Technology Department at University of Technology and marshes researcher center at Thi Qar University, the head of Petroleum Technology Department, Dr.Fadhil Sarhan and the director of marshes researcher center, the expert Dr.Ali Abd have signed a memorandum of understanding and mutual research cooperation which focus on the importance of enhancing the cooperation between both sides in the fields of researches, studies training programs, data and information exchange in addition to organizing activities such as conferences, workshops, discussion seminars and symposiums in the fields of environment and sustainable environment. Both universities will execute the goals of cooperation mechanism by forming a working team to coordinate the efforts and activate the voluntary and community programs related to environmental activities and encouraging activities to raise awareness and preserve the safety of environment.
