The Department of Scientific Affairs and Cultural Relations seeks to achieve a number of objectives: Graduating a number of students (Graduate & Postgraduate studies) who are well aware of the latest information and own the most advanced level in both scientific and cultural fields. The Department truly aims at two main objectives:

1-      Upgrading the scientific level.

2-      Promoting the cultural level.
