PhD thesis in the Department of Materials Engineering at the University of Technology discusses the mechanical and electrical properties of 3Y-TZP. With triple additions

A PhD thesis was discussed in the Department of Materials Engineering at the University of Technology, it was entitled "Mechanical and electrical properties of 3Y-TZP with trivalent additives"

The thesis of the student Abeer Farouk Abbas aimed at manufacturing and developing new materials to be used as electrolytes, and it is the first study of its kind in Iraq. It was accomplished through inoculation with different oxides and the manufacture of solid fuel cells after preparing and manufacturing the anode electrodes, which is the first of its kind in the world in the field of SOFCs, and determines mineral compositions. And the study of the microstructure, physical, mechanical and electrical properties of electrolytes and optimum SOFCs. Solid fuel cell performance check. The reticule parameter was calculated for the ideal electrolyte. The analysis was performed statistically by ANOVA technology for the electrolyte and optimum solid fuel cells. All studied relationships showed high significant effect and were explained by regression equations between the relationships.

The researcher reached results, including a marked improvement in the studied properties with rare oxide co-vaccination, and the best performance of a solid fuel cell was achieved by using the co-vaccination (Yb2O3 and Y2O3) of the electrolyte of the solid fuel cell.

The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghabban as Chairman and Prof. SamirHamedAwwad andProf. Ahmed Abdel-Rahman Al-Tabbakh and Prof. Shehab Ahmed Zaidan and Prof. FadelAbed Rassan, Prof. SaadBadriHassounFarid and Prof. FadelAbbasHashem supervisors

AndProf.Dr.HalaSalman Hassan from Al-Nahrain University, Faculty of Engineering, with a scientific denominator, and prof. Samir Ali Amin is a linguist.
