University Committee for Scientific Promotions Promotes (6) Faculty Members

The University Committee for Scientific Promotions at the University of Technology, with the approval of the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghabban, has decided to promote six faculty members from the rank of Assistant Professor to the rank of Professor.

The promoted faculty members are:

• Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Hussein Qasim Mahdi from the Department of Applied Sciences
• Assistant Professor Dr. Uday Naim Salman from the Department of Applied Sciences
• Assistant Professor Dr. Suad Mahmoud Kazem Jassim from the Department of Laser Engineering and Optoelectronics
• Assistant Professor Dr. Ahlam Laibi Shariji from the Department of Electromechanical Engineering
• Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Mustafa Mahdi Al-Rimah from the Department of Electromechanical Engineering
• Assistant Professor Sabah Abdul-Hassan Katafa from the Department of Electrical Engineering
