Head of Network Engineering Branch Wins Best Research Award

Assistant Professor Dr. Ghaidaa Muthar Abdul Sahib, Head of the Network Engineering Branch at the Computer Engineering Department of the University of Technology, has won the Best Scientific Research Award in Iraq. The research was selected among 42,000 scientific papers, in a ceremony held at Salahuddin University in Erbil, organized by Tishk International University and the Kscien Organization for Scientific Research. The winning research addressed the field of network engineering and communications among other distinguished researches in the same field. The award is considered one of the most prominent academic awards in Iraq, as it is awarded annually to research that contributes to developing society and enriching scientific knowledge. It is worth mentioning that this important scientific competition is a platform for exchanging experiences and innovative ideas, and an opportunity to enhance distinguished research that contributes to the development of science and technology in the engineering field.
