Technology University Committee for Scientific Promotions decides to promote (8) Lecturers staff

The University Committee for Academic Promotions at the University of Technology decided, with the approval of the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohammad Hassan Al-Ghaban.

Eight faculty members were promoted from the rank of Assistant Professor to the rank of Professor. They are Assistant Professor Dr. Hanaa Arir Smeij from the Department of Materials Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Bahaa Sami Mahdi from the Department of Production and Minerals Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Wael Abdel Hassan Hadi from the Department of Communications Engineering, and Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammad Fayeq Aswad Abbas, Assistant Professor Dr. Shatha Sadiq Hassan Hammadi from the Department of Civil Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Jassim Muhammad Awad from the Department of Control and Systems Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassanein Samir Abdullah from the Department of Computer Science, and Assistant Professor Dr. Zainab Hassoun Hassan from the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
