Advisor to the Prime Minister visits the University of Technology and inspects the course for new employees
Based on the directives of Prime Minister Engineer Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, we will train the employees who were appointed in the first stage and follow up on the trainees from the second stage, based on the principle of coordination and cooperation between institutions and government research and study centers. Dr. Qasim Al-Zalmi, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Youth Affairs, conducted a field visit to the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Technology. He was received by the President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghaban, the administrative assistants, Professor Dr. Farhad Muhammad Othman, the academic assistant, Professor Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan, and the Director of the Education Center. Continuing Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan and Director of the Diwan Affairs Department, Assistant Lecturer Zaid Riyad Al-Anbari, to review the training courses held for the newly appointed employees of the Ministry of Oil, numbering 90 employees of the Ministry of Oil. The courses were held under the titles: (Institutional Loyalty, Job Behavior, Principles of Behavior, and Types of General Human Behavior) as this visit comes to trainees from the second stage and in view of the importance of institutional training and job behavior evaluation.
Al-Zalmi pointed out the necessity of activating joint work between government institutions that provide services to this segment.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Al-Ghabban expressed his thanks and appreciation and their desire to coordinate work and achieve joint achievements.
These visits come in an effort to follow up on the qualification of new graduates based on the belief in the potential of youth in shaping the features of Iraq and engaging in building the nation, and achieving the directions and frameworks assigned to empower youth and enhance the exchange of experiences at the local and international levels.
