Al-Ghabban receives the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University to enhance joint scientific and cultural cooperation

In the framework of seeking to build partnerships with local and international universities, the President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban, received in his office the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, in the presence of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan and Dr. Venus Suleiman .

During the meeting, they discussed means of cooperation between the two universities in a number of scientific and cultural fields of common interest, including the exchange of experiences in the field of achieving the SDG17 sustainable development goals announced by the United Nations in its 2030 agenda, and the possibility of organizing joint scientific and cultural activities and adopting promising initiatives under the title of the university in community service. .

The President of the University of Technology presented the university shield and its badge to the President of the Al-Furat Al-Awsat University, in appreciation of the efforts made in the service of higher education and service to our beloved Iraq.

At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to set timelines for activating the partnership in the axes referred to above.
