Two technological researches get the first prize for medical sciences
The research team from the University of Technology won the first prize in medical sciences for the Sea of Science Award for Creativity, fourth session 2022
The first research team consisted of Prof. Dr. Saad Mahmoud Ali, Eng. Saja Bashir Atallah, and Eng. Shafak Hussein Karim from the Department of Life Medicine for their research tagged (design and manufacture of a nanofluidic and microfluidic device to separate blood cells and cancer cells).
The second research team, Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan, Dr. Ghassan Muhammad Suleiman, Siri Ali Hussein, Dr. Azriyya Raddam Marzouk, and Prof.Dr. Majid Sakhi Jaber for their research entitled (Preparation, diagnosis, and evaluation of the antibacterial, antiphrastic, and anticancer activity of zinc oxide nanoparticles aluminized)
The Bahr al-Uloom Foundation in Najaf has announced the launch of an award for scientific creativity, under the name of the Bahr al-Uloom Award for Creativity, in recognition of the contributions of researchers in specific fields of knowledge and according to the needs of the country and the region.
This award comes from the Foundation to perpetuate the role of the scholar Sayyid Muhammad Bahr al-Uloom (may God have mercy on him) and his scientific, literary and political career, as it aims to develop research work in the areas that grant and increase the research and academic creativity.
