Al-Ghabban participates in the first meeting of the academic support team to prepare the new national security strategy

The President of the University of Technology, Prof.Dr. Ahmed Mohammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, participated on Wednesday 12/1/2022 in the first meeting of the academic team supporting the preparation of the new national security strategy, in the presence of the National Security Adviser, Mr.Qasim Al-Aaraji in the active participation of the presidents of the universities of Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya, Technology, National Defense, Al-Bayan, Al-Amal, and a number of college deans and specialized professors..

The meeting comes to develop a draft of the new national security strategy and to work hard to activate its implementation and achieve its goals.

Al-Araji welcomed the participation of university presidents, deans and specialized professors, stressing the importance of their role and active participation, to enrich the mission in all its stages.

Al-Araji directed the permanent committee to prepare the strategy in the National Security Adviser to maintain communication with the participants in the meeting of their different specializations, expand the scope of work and consultancy, and benefit from their scientific expertise.

The meeting concluded with a recommendation to hold a series of meetings and workshops, to achieve the mission's objectives and activate the academic team's partnership.
