The Financial Affairs Department completes the calculation of bonuses with salaries for the month of February 2021. 

In implementation of the directives of the President of UOT, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, in achieving the bonuses as quickly as possible, and the consequent legal and financial entitlement to the university employees.

The Department of Financial Affairs accomplished the work, the Director of the Department Mr. Taymour Samir Qassem explained that all the cadres in salaries’ divisions in our department had been employed for the purpose of completing the bonuses at the beginning of the year 2021 and after the financial allocation provided for the purpose of disbursing bonuses based on the instructions of the Ministry of Finance ( The validity of the disbursement in rate 1/12 for the year 2021) Mr. Taymour Samir Kassem also confirmed that coordination with the Human Resources Department and the Internal Audit and Control Department and in coordination also with the Information Technology Center in a joint and unified work has contributed to the speed of the implementation of the bonuses on this date and also confirmed that the process of calculation the bonuses will be retroactive and according to the financial abundance of the 1/12 ratio referred to in the Ministry of Finance instructions.

It is worth noting that the calculation of the bonuses has been stopped since the beginning of 2020 for the failure to pass the Federal Budget Law for 2021.
