The University Follow-up Department at the University of Technology is one of the important departments as it provides security services and works hard to provide all the security environments that would provide a psychological atmosphere in which comfort and reassurance prevailed.
The director of university follow-up, Abbas Hamid Shwish said: The work is underway to secure the university campus and its surroundings in order to preserve the safety of students, teachers and associates, as they are the basic building block for building a creative tomorrow full of scientific competencies.
The department also coordinated with the Central Committee to combat the Corona pandemic by providing materials and fogging the university's corridors, in addition to distributing masks and sterilizers to university arrivals.
It is worth noting that the university follow-up department performs tasks, including achieving security, stability and protection for the educational institution, securing special requirements for workers on the side of security escorts, controlling work with auditors, protecting buildings, issuing licenses and wheel packages, as well as spreading the follow-up elements to monitor, supervise and control the exit and entry of materials to and from theuniversity.
