The MSc student Zahraa Akram Khalifa, from Laser and Optical Electronics Engineering Department grant in the University of Technology about Microscopic nanoparticles powders manufactured by using pulsed laser as a solar cell.
The researcher found in this work to manufacture of titanium dioxide particles, copper oxide and magnesium oxide microscopic nanoparticles by using pulsed laser in distilled water.
Red The results showed of optical properties the displacement occurrence of wavelengths in absorption spectrum of prepared solutions as a result of particle size changing of materials of titanium oxide, copper oxide and nano magnesium oxide with increasing number of inflicted pulses during the preparation process.
