The lectures of the materials engineering at the University of Technology was published by , Professor. Dr. Akram Rahim Jabr, Prof. Dr. Laith Qais Abbas and Eng. Safa Mohammad Mohiuddin, a joint scientific research entitled "Effect of Ocean Heat and Distance between Needle and Whole Plate on Fiber Diaphragm of Polyvinyl Alcohol, In the Journal of Science and Technology issued by the University of Technology in the fourth issue Volume 35 of 2017.
The research involved the use of spinning technology, an effective technique for the production of biocompatibility scaffolds and tissue engineering applications of synthetic or natural polymers. This technique was used in the manufacture of engineering scaffolds for polyimagnetic polymers of polyvinyl alcohol.
The effects of ambient temperature and the needle / collector distance factor in the system were studied on the rate of the diameter of the prepared nanowires. The scanning electron microscopy and analysis of the results showed that the fiber diameter rate decreases with the increase of the ambient temperature as well as decreasing the needle / collector distance.
