The Department of Legal Affairs holds a symposium on the challenges to the University Service Law
Under the auspices of the President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban, and under the direct supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hussein Hamid Karim, the Department of Legal Affairs at the University of Technology held a symposium on the challenges to University Service Law No. (32) for the year 2008 as amended. The lecture was delivered by the professor. The experienced Dr. Ghazi Faisal Mahdi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Al-Nahrain University and Dean of Al-Amal University College (formerly) and the current legal advisor at the House of Representatives, attended the Hall of the Engineering Department, which was attended by a number of heads of engineering and scientific departments, teachers and the rest of the university’s employees.
Where he dealt with the challenges to the University Service Law No. (32) for the year 2008 as amended, and a simplified explanation of the Civil Service Law No. (42) for the year 1960 as amended and the Disciplinary Law for State and Public Sector Employees No. (41) for the year 1991 as amended. The lecture included interventions by the attendees.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban explained the importance of the University Service Law, as it guarantees the rights of all employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, calling on the Lord Almighty to grant everyone success in serving our generous university.
