Laser and Optical Department of Electronics at the University of Technology held an introductory workshop on laser science for students of the fourth stage and alumni. The basic concepts in laser science, which include the principles of operation, types and methods of  laser formation and its uses in various industrial and medical fields, have been discussed.

The workshop included the most important features, namely high intensity, high accuracy and accurate temporal wavelength.
