A masters thesis in computer science discusses the decision support system based on predicting customer behavior

A master's thesis in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Technology discussed the decision support system based on predicting customer behavior by student Zainab Nateq Muhammad. In her dissertation in the field of artificial intelligence, the researcher indicated that the growth of websites and their applications and the development of user experiences led to an increase in sites interested in shopping, and that electronic commerce is one of the things that make life simpler for both sellers and customers (users).
In this message, some problems of electronic selling were addressed, including the problem of lost time during the process of trying to sell, which ends without return to the seller, i.e.
without buying, as the message proposed a system to support the decision and help the seller to predict the customer's purchasing intention. A high accuracy rate of more than 95%
was achieved, and the most important conclusion is that the machine learning classifier can have higher rates than the deep learning classifiers.
The discussion committee, which was held at the discussion room in the annex building of the computer science department, consisted of Prof. Dr.Alia Karim Abdel-Hassan as Chairman,Prof.Assist.Dr. Rana Farid Ghani and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hashem Mohamed, members of Prof. Assist.Dr. Suhad Mal Allah as supervisor
