Among the activities of the
cultural season for our center ... Basim Hashim Faraj, presents the
fourth panel discussion of the season, which was entitled
((sugars and sustainable health consumption)) will be held on
Sunday 09/10/2016 at the Blue Hall in the center.
Sugar is one of the important components of
food because they constitute the basic energy for the cells of the
human body source, but take it excessively leads to several
problems of obesity as well as to increase the voltage oxidative of
the human body cells, which reduces the immune system, which makes
the human susceptible to various diseases of the sugar union protein
in the different tissues of the body, which in turn lead to chronic
illness such as diabetes and high blood pressure disease exercise
and adequate sleep and a healthy cooking methods can help to reduce
sugar consumption so as to prevent the union of protein sugars in
food.
