A seminar was held within the cultural season in ERC on
Wednesday, 4/03/2015, entitled "Multiple chain reaction "PCR"
has been the subject to ensure the active role of the "PCR" in
multi-diagnostics and various fields including bio-field example
Malta fever disease that affects both humans and animals. The
method of planting and PCR is the most accurate and the fastest
way in terms of time saving. Kary Mullis is the inventor of this
technique in 1983 and won the Nobel prize in 1993, in
appreciation of his efforts in providing the technology. This
method involves inflating the numbers of Deoxyribose Nucleic
acid (DNA) to get clear packages bands after using the
deportation electric and watch them under the UV radiation. In
the end, the method (PCR) is considered the most accurate, fast,
sensitive, and has high specificity and sensitivity and give
the result within 24 hours, compared with other traditional
methods.
