Among the ERC activities two researchers,  Rana Riaz Khalil and Ola Hamid Mahmoud participates in the in the course "The Safe and Proper Handling of Chemical Substances.". This course was held for the period from 23/11 - 26/11/2014 in Khwarizmi Hall, Chemical Engineering Department, The University Technological sponsored by the President of the University of Technology Prof. Amin Douai Thamer. Platform session security needs to ensure safety in the laboratory chemical and stood up chemical security and the principles and concepts of the laboratory design and safe handling of hazardous and toxic and radioactive materials also included re-waste recycling methods and processed on site in addition to the safe storage of materials, chemical, emergency response and fire protection. At the conclusion of the session were distributed Certificates by the President of the University of Technology.
