The Technology hold a lecture about mechanics touch for robotic fingers softball
Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Technology held a specialist scientific lecture tagged: "Mechanical touch for robotic fingers softball: analysis and modeling," at the hall of Dr. Munir Muzaffar in the department in the presence of faculty and a number of graduate students.
The lecture that given by Prof. Dr. Sadiq Hussein is aimed to define the modern science on the edges of robotic soft hands and how to solve the issues related to design the mechanical hand and the handle stability in addition to how modeling the robot fingers that like human heads with regarding non-linear relationship between the vertical force and half the half width of the touch of the finger head the half cylindrical.
The lecture is also aimed to keep communication with the specialists and shed light on the latest developments in researches of modern science edges in robotics and prosthetics.
