The Technology holds a training workshop for employees of the Ministry of Oil on the preparation of the economic feasibility of projects, oil and gas studies

Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials Research Center at the University of Technology held a training workshop for the employees of the Ministry of Oil on the preparation of feasibility studies for projects of oil and gas industry for a period of 16 11/27/2014 with the participation of trainees from Midland Refineries Company, Missan Oil Company distribution of petroleum products and company lines and oil pipelines.

The course aims at scientific content to the development of workers in the oil and gas sector in the economic fields, the skills that are the basis for action in the founding of new oil projects needed by the country, on other hand, Dr. Khalid Al-Ajami said that the oil sector needs to prepare economic feasibility of various new projects studies and so expansion witnessed by Iraq in the strategic economic planning and promoting economic development. Platform training workshop included: economic dimensions of the oil industry projects and Gas Technology in Iraq, the study of the economic policy of the oil extraction projects in the oil and refinery sector, preparation Marketing, technical, financial and economic feasibility studies for oil projects by modern technological requirements in the oil and gas sector, the study of oil markets, practical examples of feasibility studies for oil projects.

During the session, a series of lectures were given by Prof. khald Ajami al-Rubaie included the latest scientific concepts in the field of economics of the oil and gas industry and conduct feasibility studies for projects of oil.

At the end of the workshop, graduation certificates were distributed to the participants by the Director of the Center Prof Adawiah Juma
