Department of Electrical Engineering Participates  in a Scientific Conference

Department of the Electrical Engineering Participated  in a 17th Scientific Conference  which has been hold at AL-Mamon University College  for the period   15 /12/2016.

The participation has been represented by presenting a scientific paper by Prof. Dr. Hanan A. R. Akkar on a proposed design of  using new and unused algorithms for training Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) comparing these algorithms performance with other classical and less used meta-heuristic algorithms to evaluate the performance of such stochastic algorithms by firstly examine such algorithms in optimization ANN weights to solve   problem with two and four clusters, and binary input patterns, calculating the classification rate of each algorithm and the rate of decrease in the classification rate due to increasing the   problem clusters.
