Department of Electrical Engineering Participates  in a Scientific Conference

Department of the Electrical Engineering Participated  in a Third Women Scientific Conference which has been hold at University of  Baghdad/ College of Scince for women for the period   7-8   /12/2016.

The participation has been represented by presenting a scientific paper by Prof. Dr. Hanan A. R. Akkar on a proposed design of Swarm Intelligent system algorithm to solve the problem of Integrated Circuit IC Partitioning by distributing given modules. (Or cells) over. Two. blocks. The number of inter-block connections and the .number of modules assigned. for each block. should be minimum by using such a proposed swarm algorithm.
