The Department held a scientific Symposium titled "Intelligent Systems in Industry and Energy"
The Electrical Department held the scientific Symposium titled “The Intelligent Systems in the Industrial & Energy Sectors” sponsored by the University President Prof. Dr. Amin Daway Thamir and participated by the Ministry of Industry and Mining, the Ministry of Electricity and the Ministry of Science and Technology; and that was on Monday 20/04/2015 on Dijlah Hall and it was attended by the Minister of Electricity along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Dhari Yousif, the Head of Department and a huge number of the managers, teaching staff, researchers and post graduation students.
The conference included two terms; each term consisted of five scientific researches. The results of the conference include some recommendations and proposals which will be forwarded to the related authorities to enhance their outcomes.
