The Department Celebrates Prof. Dr. Hanan A.R AKKAR

The Head of Department; Assist. Prof. Dr. Dhari Yousif Mahmoud decorated Professor Dr. Hanan A.R AKKAR, for her promotion to the degree of a Professor in electronic engineering.

This was during the ceremony, which was held in the Department at the initiative of the Head of the Electronic Engineering Branch Dr. Hadi Tarish, on Thursday 19/02/2015 in the presence of the deputy head for Administrative affairs along with deputy head for Scientific affairs in the Department and a the teaching staff. The celebration started with a speech in which the Head of Department praised the scientific efforts and distinguished and worthy, which represent the scientific support to the section.

Then the teaching staff representative Dr. Abbas Hussein delivered a speech on the occasion, in which he expressed the pride of teaching staff of this scientific achievement. The deputy head for scientific affairs Prof. Jawad K. Ali also appreciated the scientific efforts and the continuous scientific research that Dr. Hanan carried out in her career. Also, the Head of the Branch showed the pride of Electronic Engineering Branch and all the staff to scientific excellence and achievement, which adds a scientific value to the Branch and the Department.
