     To Prepare and graduate engineering staff integrated on a high degree of efficiency and scientific knowledge to contribute to the reconstruction of the country and the promotion to the highest levels and keep up with the development and supervision of the establishment of the modern and sophisticated buildings cope with the scientific development of colleges and academic departments as well as research, service and administrative centers.
