In
presence of the president of the University of
Technology Prof. Dr. Amin Daway Thamir, the department
of engineering affairs /resident engineer staff of
renewal and development scientific departments and
research and workshop centers project) has finished
installing the steel frame of the tie bridge between the
Department of Applied Science buildings in UOT campus.
This event has also took place in presence of the
manager of Department of Engineering Affairs Dr. Mustafa
Kamil Kadhim, senior engineer chief Majeed Abdul Ameer
Hasson, assistant manager of Department of Engineering
Affairs, senior engineer Ali Abd Saaood, the resident
engineer of the project, the follow up division staff,
and many engineers from Department of Engineering
Affairs.
In a word for senior engineer Ali Abd Saaood, the
resident engineer of the project, he said that: “ The
objective of this project is to construct a tie bridge
between the two buildings of the department of applied
science in order to ease the transaction of the faculty
members and the students of the department between the
laboratories’ building and the study halls’ building.
This will help to serve the department and the
educational process in the university in a better way”.
He also said: ”This project consists of works for
renewal and development of the departments’ buildings.
These works are constructing a fence around the two
buildings, steel shelves, and wood stands. The work is
done in good way and Occupational safety”.
The work is been implemented by Al-Khair Face company
for general contractions Ltd. |
