The University Committee for Scientific Promotion at the University of Technology decided, with the approval of the President of the University, Prof. Amin Dway Thamer and the University Council, to promote a number of higher education teachers. The professors were promoted from assistant professor to professor. Prof. Fareed Mahal Mohamed from the Department of Electromechanical Engineering and Prof. Jabar Abbas Ghafel and Prof. Jihad Ramadan Khudair from the Department of Applied Sciences.
