The Technology hold a seminar about the culture of sustainable health wealth for coming generations
The symposium included three lectures, the first one entitled "Energy Systems and lose weight in sport," delivered by assist.Prof.Dr Iman Sabih from Physical Education and Sports Science Faculty of Baghdad University, while the second lecture entitled "Obesity and prevention methods," delivered by Dr. Wafa Ahmed Mohamed from Nutrition Research Institute in health and environment Ministry, while the last lecture was entitled "the environment and sustainable health" given by Basim Hashim Faraj from Environmental Research Center at the University of Technology.
The symposium recommendations, the most notably: to change the daily life pattern and practice health sports that proper for body, changing patterns of food and stay away from food that are rich with fats and carbohydrates and direction to diet( healthy food) and reduce the stress because of its devastating effects on health and body, and raise health awareness level and adoption proactive prevention instead of going into the disease and chemical treatment, and learn about sustainable food and community awareness about its vocabulary and it should be available for all and ensures available resources, and prepare a unified and practices work programs to secure patterns living of sustainable health, and prepare sustainable health indicators to what is suitable for Iraqi community.
