Environmental Research Center evaluates a seminar for biogas production and sustainable rural development

Environmental Research Center at the University of Technology held a seminar delivered through the research team from the Ministry of Science and Technology senior chemical chairman Kifah Abdul Hussein the team leader and head of chemical engineers Ismail Mohamed Aboud and senior chemical engineer Taha Mageed Lafta, senior chemical engineer Mudher Hany Mahmoud, and technical director Walid Muafaq David , a lecture entitled biogas production and sustainable rural development, in the presence of a number of techers and employees of the center on the blue hall.
The lecture included identifying the hydrogen and biofuels of the Energy Research Center that developed within the renewable energy at the Ministry of Science and Technology. And it will be also focus on units of biogas production for agricultural and household organic waste and sewage different sizes (2-10 m) 3 processing. The units consist from the digestion reactor to carry out the fermentation process with the basin feeding the reactor waste moist and another for the exit of the organic liquid fertilizer membership, in addition to the gas purification and gas equipment consumption as cooker , lighting lamps and electric generator). Clarify the process of connecting more than one system together, depending on the amount of waste available. It is addressed to the project to build the system of 10 cubic meters carried out in the upper threshold of Fadak farm in the province of Najaf and the second carried out on a farm within the village 37 of Yusufiya.
