A teacher from Control Engineering Department publishe a scientific search about quartet tree segments of blocks interconnected

Assist.Prof.Dr. Ashwaq Talib from Control and Systems Engineering Department at the University of Technology a search in a global magazine (Indian Journal of Science and Technology) of an impact factor ((.564 and has SJR of SCOPUS and magazines cursor within the Thomson Reuters database)) entitled:
"Quartet tree segments of blocks interconnected and adopt the DCT method of to compress color pictures."
The researcher presented in her research a pressure method of colored pictures without affecting the original scene of the image of noise or distortion.
And it has been reduced the data loss without greatly affect of the compression rate by employing low loss the rate of method technique of quartet tree compression to increase the close interrelationship between the pixels that will enhance the results of DCT and also compress the data before DCT stage, and that by using the quantization and coding which add further compress the picture.
