The research noted that he has studied predictive maintenance and the
possibility of improvement through the implementation of situational
maintenance program, in addition to the practical part was based on
actual data of operating system that had been gained from the second
power station of south Baghdad, which consists of several units for
power generation. "Diesel generators" the data contain the failure type
that caused the stop the operation units for the period from 01.01.2014
until 31.12.2014.
The second power station south of Baghdad has 16 asymmetrical operation
units, each operation unit consist of the diesel generator, which
consists of several sub-systems. It has been selected five units as a
study case in this research. roads that have been applied of the data
initial analysis consists of calculating the average of time repair
"MTTR" and the average time between failure and another "MTBF" and
account availability "A" for the five units. Through using nonparametric
methods it has been identified suitable statistical distribution that
represents failure data of five units' .it is founded the Bill
distribution it is the best distribution of the data. |
