Symposium Titled“ The New Trends In Aircraft Engineering” At Mechanical Engineering Department


Aircraft engineering branch at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology held a Symposium titled (new trends in aircraft engineering) on the (Dr.Muneer AlMudhafar )Hall with the presence of Assistant .Prof. Dr.Alaa Abdulhasan Atiyah Vice President of Scientific and Postgraduate Affairs and Assistant. Prof. Dr. Muaed Razuki Hassan, head of the Mechanical Engineering Department and his scientific, administrative assistants and Haidar Abed Dhahad director of training and workshop center at the university and a number of faculty staff and students.
The seminar begins with a speech delivered by the head of the department Assistant. Prof. Dr. Muaed Razuki Hassan who praised the achievements of the aircraft engineering branch and appreciate their efforts at developing the experiences of students through scientific tours and specialized seminars.
He also thanked the aircraft engineering branch at holding scientific engineering seminars for students of engineering ,which provide additional experience for the graduates of the branch and represents a strong motivation for them at the labor market.
Prof. Dr.Arkan Hussein, head of aircraft engineering branch gave a speech to explaining the importance of the seminar improving the branch students by linking the practical side with the theoretical side through highlighting the most recent trends in systems and engines and modern techniques for different aircraft in the world. A series of specialized lectures have been delivered concerning smart framework applications at aircraft field delivered by lecturer Dr. Hussein Mohammed Hussein, the techniques of propulsive aircraft delivered by lecturer assistant Aqeel Ali Wanas , UMRCV Design and Construction delivered by lecturer Safaa Jabbar Hassan , Plant , Design and construction UAV Power delivered by lecturer Noor Bashir Mohammad and Design and construction of the CL -84VTO RCV delivered by lecturer Wasim Waad Mahmoud.
