Lecturer.Dr.Ali Hussein Noman at the Electromechanical Engineering Department co-authored a textbook with two other lecturers from the University of Technology Prof. Dr.Garigor Sirop Garigor and assistant Prof.Dr.Ashwaq Qasim Hamid.The engineering textbook entitled (Small And Special Electric Engine And Ways To Control Them).
The book is a small contribution in enriching the Arab Scientific Library by adding a new and specialist subject to the list of its references. The textbook (Small And Special Electric Engine)goal is to help general engineering college students in general and electrical department students’ in particular, especially in studying this topic in Arabic (mother language) as in other universities around the world .This book is aimed to concentrate on specific types of small and special electric engine which are the most common in use in addition to its compatibility with the curriculum scheduled for this subject.
The head of the Electromechanical Engineering Department, Assistant Prof. Dr. Hisham Salim praised the scientific efforts by the faculty members in writing this book, which enriches the scientific library and could be included in the curriculum of the third stage in the electromechanical systems engineering section. He also asked all faculty staff for more scientific achievements to enrich the academic process.
