University Of Technology Held A Seminar About The National Card
University of technology Within the cooperation with the Interior Ministry , held a symposium about the unified national card in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior on Tuesday28 June2016 at the conference hall at the Department of Control and Systems Engineering in the presence of UOT Vice President for Administrative Affairs Prof. .Dr.Sami Abu alnoun Ajeel ,the heads of departments , directors of centers and faculty staff and employees .
The symposium discusses mechanics of granting a unified national card to the citizen, which is considered as an identity card that substitute for identity paper , nationality paper, citizenship and residence card.
The symposium included a detailed explanation for the information , personal image, fingerprints , iris image , the national number , a digital serial card number , family number in addition to a chip to store all the information.
