Professor At Applied Sciences Department Manufactures Ultra-Precision Nano- Constituents As Solar Cells

professor at the applied sciences department at the university of technology ,a researcher in the nanotechnology and advanced materials research center prof. Adawia Jumaa Haider , with a group of researchers manufactured the first time the ultra-precision nano- constituents as solar cells, which has increased its efficiency in collecting solar energy in addition to other applications.
The researcher explained that the manufacturing method characterized
by low cost and simplicity in addition to its abundance. The constituents consist of Nanoscale semiconductormaterial from a binary titanium dioxide in which solar cell has been raised from 2% in the case of using pure titanium to 7.2% at impurities it with nanoparticles silver. The research is published in an international journal (Plasmomes - Springer) with 3.2 High-Impact Factor under Thomson - Reuter titled Improving Efficiency of TiO: Ag /Si Solar 2Cell Prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition”
